Family Activities (Pre-registration Required)
Pre-registration for all activities is required. Space is limited. Please DO NOT drop-in.
Registered participants please do not attend if you have any COVID symptoms. We will be screening all participants upon arrival using the COVID-19 Alberta Health Daily Checklist.
*NEW* COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination or Exemption for Kamp Kiwanis
As of September 23, 2021, Kamp Kiwanis is requiring all staff and volunteers and visitors ages 12 & older to show proof of vaccination, recent negative COVID-19 test, or valid medical exemption letter to gain entry to Kamp Kiwanis.
Upon review of provincial and local health policies and bylaws, Kamp Kiwanis has decided to implement this policy to help ensure the safety of everyone on site.

Free Kiwanis Apple Festival Pre-Registered Programming runs from 9:30am-3:30pm on Saturday, September 25 and Sunday, September 26, 2021. Gates open at 9:00am and close at 4:00pm.
Please note that programs are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
HOW TO ATTEND
OUR REGISTRATION IS NOW FULL FOR BOTH DAYS AND WE HAVE AN EXTENSIVE WAITLIST. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR INTEREST IN ATTENDING!

Contact Name and phone number
Name, emails and birthdates of everyone in your family/cohort over 18 years old*
Names and birthdates of all children under 18
Which day you would like to attend (Saturday, September 25 or Sunday, September 26)**
Information provided is used for facilitating programs and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
*We require a minimum of one legal adult with every 3 children to participate and be responsible for the supervision of children under the age of 18.
**In order to accommodate as many participants as possible, you may only register for 1 day
Please Note:
Emailing to register does not guarantee you admission. You will be contacted as soon as possible to confirm your registration and get more details.
If we cannot reach you to confirm your registration, your registration will be cancelled. If you have not received confirmation of your registration in a program within 2 business days, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you cannot attend your registered program date(s), please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make your spot available to another family.
Registration will remain open until 12 noon on Friday, September 24, 2021 or until programs are filled.
Spaces are limited and it may be necessary to create a waitlist.
DONATIONS
We welcome and encourage donations to Kamp Kiwanis to help support this free programming and the operation of Kamp Kiwanis, including programs for underprivileged and disadvantaged children.

Kamp Kiwanis is located near Bragg Creek, Alberta (23km West of Calgary). Our driveway is located just off the traffic circle where highway 22 and highway 8 meet.
